By far my favourite, the guided ‘critter’ walk is an experience designed around the central tenant of bringing people to the wild, instead of the other way round. By far the most interactive experience available, the ‘critter’ walk exposes you to reptiles and amphibians (also spiders and scorpions) in all their splendor, and shows you how to find, identify and interact with these animals in their natural environment. The ‘critter’ walk can be adapted to all levels of experience and can offer value to both kids and adults alike. Whether you are a child looking for an awesome birthday party, or a worn out ‘desk jockey’ looking for the perfect office retreat, this is the perfect experience for you. Grahamstown, and its surrounds, is home to a wide variety of weird and wonderful creatures. One of the most feared being the snake and its four legged cousins. If you come across a snake, in your work place or your home, and wish for it be safely and professionally captured and relocated, please contact me on 083 669 6169, and I will happily assist. All snakes captured are safely relocated far from humans, in an effort to reduce human/snake conflict in the greater Grahamstown area. All data from snakes captured also goes to an ongoing project being run in the Rhodes Zoology and Entomology Department.
